Harry's Story
Although I had trained at New Physique Fitness Centre for over 6 years I never really paid much attention to my diet and justified training hard in the Gym by eating far too much of the wrong things. In 2004 I talked to John Thomson who took me through a simple but effective Diet Club Programme. For a few months, sticking to the programme I started losing weight and started feeling better about myself as I was achieving what I had always wanted. The food was simple and surprisingly, actually tasted very good. I then talked to John about Personal Training and shortly after joined him for 6 months. In six months I came down to 16 stone and toned up all over. I now have a waist that measures 36 inches and I am twice as strong as I used to be. I have only achieved these goals working closely with John and listening to what he has taught me. I feel better in my life, body and mind and I now don't have asthma either. I thank John for his support, guidance and patients over the years. Please Note................I continued to lose fat and got down from 21stone to 14 ½ stone. Thanks John.
In 2002 I weighed close to 21 stone with a 44 inch waist and was very unhappy with the way that I looked and felt about myself, I had asthma and did not fit into any of the clothes I liked in the shops I walked into.
